She has proven to be a very strong and resilient rescue kitty - she deserves a second chance at a loving home. Cake is good with other cats and dogs in her foster home, but she enjoys her humans the most. She loves to lounge on her cat trees and snooze on bed next to her people or other cats. She is a low energy girl. Cake is very affectionate and enjoys chin rubs. She has been good with older children in her foster home. She knows her name and will respond to it. When Cake first arrived at NAWS, due to the stress of the change in her environment, she stopped eating. She needs an adopter that is aware of this and will monitor her closely to make sure she is eating enough while becoming acclimated to a new home. She is worth it!
