STATUS: FOSTER NEEDED Hi, I’m Mookie! I’m a handsome German Shepherd with a big heart, a loyal streak a mile long, and a love for people that runs deep. I’m also a total goofball, the kind that’ll make you laugh with my silly antics and warm your heart with how much I care. Once you’re my person, I’m all in. I bond deeply and love fiercely, which means I might get a little jealous if other dogs try to steal your attention, but it’s only because I’m so loyal to the ones I love. When it comes to other dogs, I’m actually pretty social! I’ve met quite a few, and most of the time, I either stay calm and relaxed or happily say hello and try to play. I was part of a big group of 8–10 dogs recently, and I fit right in. Overall, I do best with people who understand and appreciate a loyal companion who wears his heart on his paw. I’m goofy, full of love, and ready to bring brightness, joy, and plenty of tail wags into your life. If you give me structure, guidance, and your heart, I’ll give you mine ten times over.
