Yancy thrives with the guidance of confident resident dogs and would do best in a calm homeāthey help him learn and feel secure. Heās not suited for homes with cats or children, but with his canine friends, Yancy is relaxed, playful, and picks up on their cues quickly. At home, heās house trained and calm, with only the occasional big bark. He sleeps soundly through the night, especially near his trusted humans, and makes an excellent project partner whether youāre indoors or out. Yancy loves exploring the outdoors, sniffing out treats, and learning new cuesāhe already knows quite a few. While new places and faces can make him uneasy, Yancy bounces back faster each day, especially when food or praise is involved. Once he trusts you, he'll always be close by.
