About Hank

Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Hank, a handsome, brown-eyed, blond Labrador Retriever searching for his very own emotional support human. Hank can be a little shy at first, but he opens up quickly and forms a strong bond with his chosen person, always able to pick them out in a crowd. He adores car rides, especially when accompanied by his favorite human. While Hank can be hit or miss with other dogs, slow introductions are important for building comfortable relationships. He hasn’t been tested with cats, and with his cautious nature around small children, he would do best in a home with older kids who understand and respect boundaries. Hank self-corrects when he gets cranky in public and delights in playing with toys, especially tennis balls. He’s selective about treats and doesn’t enjoy being crated, which tends to make him unhappy. However, he walks very politely on a leash and is especially well-mannered when using a prong collar. Hank is about a year old, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to find a loving adopter who will give him the patience, routine, and comfort he seeks. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
