Nubia is a sweet and affectionate baby girl, estimated to be around 2.5 months old and weighing about 15 pounds as of July 15, 2025. She will adore you forever, always eager for belly rubs and kisses. Nubia is a smart, young Labrador Retriever mixed breed ready to embrace life in a loving home. She's young enough to be socialized with cats and children and already gets along well with other dogs. Nubia is at a perfect age for leash and crate training, and her playful personality shines with every interaction. Her foster brother, Macu, is also available for adoption if you'd like to welcome two wonderful dogs into your life. When you receive a hug from Nubia, every day gets brighter. She's currently in Puerto Rico but will be transported to New York or New Jersey once an adopter is approved. The rescue works diligently to match each dog with the right family and kindly reminds adopters that puppies will need patience while settling into new routines, even if they are already house trained.
