About Judah
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet judah, a white and brindle Pit Bull Terrier mix with a warm heart and a sweet, gentle spirit ready to brighten your days. After coming in as a stray with his best friend (who has since found a home), judah now awaits his own perfect family at Melissa's Second Chances. This loyal boy is a total package—sweet, calm, and endlessly affectionate. He's proven himself in a home setting, where he was fully house trained, respectful, and displayed excellent manners, making him an absolute joy to have around. Judah has a moderate energy level: he enjoys walks and playtime but truly cherishes curling up with his favorite people for cuddle time. Judah gets along well with dogs of all sizes and has shown curiosity (but zero aggression) around cats and even farm animals—he may need some patient introductions if you have feline family members. While he loves people and is friendly with everyone he meets, his occasional jumping for joy makes him best suited to homes with older children as he continues to polish his manners. Judah is also a bit of an escape artist who can jump fences, but his loyalty shines—he always returns home without issue. A secure yard or leashed walks will help keep his adventurous side safe. Judah is eligible for the Foster-to-Adopt program, giving you the chance to see his wonderful personality firsthand before committing. His sun sign is Pisces, which means he’s likely especially loving and empathetic—a perfect companion for any setting, city or country. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
