About Mama Dog
Click apply to start the adoption process. Mama dog was found abandoned and bravely overcame both pregnancy and heartworm. Now fully treated and about 4 years old, she's looking for a loving home to call her own. Mama is a very lovable, large gray, blue, and silver pit bull terrier mix who truly enjoys the company of people. She must be the only dog in her future home, which is understandable given her uncertain history, but this just means she’s eager to form a strong bond with her forever family. She loves car rides, is quite talkative, and is still learning the ropes of being a beloved companion—including leash walking and other basic home skills. With a patient adopter willing to continue her training, Mama will blossom into the loyal family member she’s meant to be. She just needs a chance to show how great she can be. Your support could help her discover what real love and home life are all about. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
