About Dobby Dna %
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Dobby is a wonderful young pup with a remarkable journey—rescued from a tough situation in California, she arrived timid and under-socialized but has blossomed with time, patience, and love. Initially very shy around humans, Dobby has transformed into a fabulous, affectionate companion who is smart, attentive, and loves her trusted people deeply. She flourishes when around other dogs and would do best in a home with a playful canine friend, though regular dog park visits could also help her thrive as an only dog. Dobby’s recall is excellent, she's leash trained, house trained, quiet, and shows no aggression. Dobby is agile and clever—she'll need a secure yard as she can climb fences, making her a great match for an experienced dog person who enjoys training and perhaps activities like agility. She is extremely affectionate with people she knows and is good with cats, but still startles easily in new settings and prefers cozy safe spaces like a car or crate. Despite her early challenges, she now relishes adventure with her friends, both human and canine, and is ready to bond deeply with a dedicated adopter. Dobby’s DNA shines: she’s 33% pit bull, 27% Chihuahua, 19% American Bulldog, plus some poodle and super mutt—an awesome one-of-a-kind mix. She’s more than ready to continue her happy-ever-after with someone ready to celebrate her personality and spirit. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
