Meet Pierogi! Adoption fee: $150 Pierogi is a petite 5-pound beauty who is about 18 months old. She came to us with one kitten, and after being the sweetest, most devoted mama, she’s ready for a home of her own. Pierogi has a bit of a diva streak—she knows what she likes and isn’t shy about it! She gets along well with both adult cats and kittens in her foster home, but she’ll always make sure you know she’s the princess. She insists on her favorite dry food (Meow Mix) but is flexible with wet food and will happily try anything. At night, Pierogi loves curling up on the bed near you. She’s not a lap cat, but she does want to stay close and be part of whatever you’re doing. Very food-motivated, she can’t resist Temptations treats, which makes bonding with her extra easy! If you’re looking for a sweet, quirky, independent companion who will keep you smiling, Pierogi may be your perfect match. * We do not allow same-day adoptions. * This is because we want our adopters to consider the commitment of owning a kitty. We are also a volunteer-run organization. We do not always have someone available to process the adoption agreement and medical records at the time of the in-person meet and greet. What is covered in our adoption fee? Mario's Paw felines come: Microchipped, Spayed/Neutered, FIV/FELV tested, UTD on age-appropriate vaccines, de-wormed, and flea-treated. * We do not permit any feline to be adopted without receiving a spay or neuter surgery. * In addition to the above, your adoption fee helps us cover supplies, admin costs, and vet bills that arise with all of the kittens that come into our care. We take in many medical cases that require extra surgeries such as eye enucleations and amputations, specialist visits, and imaging. Because of the adoption fees, we are able to bring in more medically needy felines!
