About Spice
Meet Spice—a big-hearted, brown Labrador who’s half of a uniquely bonded duo with Sugar, her best friend. Spice is the extrovert: she loves meeting new people, hopping into the car for a ride, or stretching out next to you on the couch (preferably with a bowl of popcorn or a piece of bacon within reach). She’s enthusiastic about swimming and will dive right in, but she’s easily startled by thunder, vacuums, and rainy potty breaks. With affection and a gentle touch, she bounces back from her nerves quickly. Out in the yard, she’s the self-appointed Squirrel Patrol Captain—don’t expect any backyard rodent intruders to get past her! Sugar, her closest companion, is a foodie who knows exactly what she wants in a treat. The two balance each other—Spice brings the outgoing energy, while Sugar provides steady, quiet loyalty. Sugar is blind but navigates life confidently and relies on Spice for support and security. Both girls are spayed, house trained, and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives. They must be adopted as a pair and need a calm, loving home with a fenced yard and no other dogs. Spice and Sugar are fostered together in Watertown, WI and are ready to bring double the joy, quirks, and affection to their next family. Start your journey together! Apply now.
