About Thor
Thor is about two and a half years old and brings a lot of charm to a household. His current family describes him as phenomenal with children—he genuinely loves to snuggle up and enjoys all the attention kids give. Thor recently found his way out of a county shelter but is once again searching for a permanent spot due to conflicts with a resident male dog—he gets along just fine with female dogs but should not be placed with other males. His experience with cats is unknown. A fenced yard is a must for Thor. He likes to run and play and is big on his chew toys. Already crate trained and house trained, Thor transitions smoothly into home routines. He’s neutered and up-to-date on vaccines, and comes with the essentials: a harness, leash, and puzzle bowl. Thor is currently heartworm positive but is under treatment and will come with nine months of medication already provided. He needs an adopter within a reasonable driving range (about 90 miles from High Point, NC) and in-person meetings are required—no shipping is possible. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
