I'm Phoebe! I am a very happy, active and playful puppy. I am 1 year old. I arrived with my siblings after being abandoned at a Petco when we were puppies. I have grown up at Loving all Animals and recently adjusted fabulously to my foster home. I would love to be adopted into a home with other dogs, I love to play and run with my friends here at the shelter and foster home. I am a little scared of the outside world, but I do well at parks and enjoy walks. I would love to have a mom or dad that has a lot of patience and that would love me for who I am.
