Marley
AvailableMarley is an American Shorthair with a lovely gray and white short coat, calling Hot Springs, AR her home. She’s a young, spayed female, up to date on vaccinations and already house trained. Marley enjoys both lounging independently and interacting with her humans.
About Marley
Marley has a perfectly balanced personality—independent but never standoffish. She’ll come when called, but she’s also content to lounge solo and just watch the world go by. Outdoors has always been her comfort zone, especially after spending her kitten days in a local colony, and she usually sticks close to home where things feel safe. Most nights, Marley chooses to sleep outside in a protected, high-up spot. As she gets older, she may prefer to come in at night, but right now she likes her routines. She does enjoy being near her people and will greet you with a burst of meows, but she’s not really a lap cat—at least not yet. ‘Chase’ toys are absolutely her jam and she can be spotted zooming after a feather wand. Marley gets along well with cats she knows (she grew up with kitten siblings), but she is territorial if a new cat comes into her space. For someone looking for a loyal, low-maintenance companion who knows how to entertain herself and appreciates a bit of playtime, Marley is a great fit. Ready to fall in love?
