About Damon

Meet Damon, a charming Tuxedo cat who's ready to start a new chapter in his life. After being abandoned in a carrier outdoors in March 2022, he arrived at Luna's House understandably frightened and wary. Initially fear-aggressive, Damon has since made significant strides thanks to the dedicated care he's received. He now shows he's ready for a forever home, although a gentle and patient approach will be essential in helping him settle in. At around 6.5 to 7 years old, Damon thrives in a cat-savvy household. He needs family members who can respect his boundaries and recognize his sensitive nature. Living alongside other cats in our Free Roam Room, he occasionally stirs up mischief, so a gradual introduction to any resident pets is advisable. Additionally, he has urinary crystals, which require a special diet for the rest of his life. It's crucial that his new family stays on top of his health needs, including regular litter box monitoring. We believe Damon would flourish in an adult-only home or one with older, respectful children. He's a delightful companion who's sure to capture your heart—give him the loving home he truly deserves!
