She has a strong bond with people and especially adores male humans, leaning into attention, treats, and spirited play in the yard. Toys and belly rubs make her day, and Lakota’s eager to please—you’ll see her learning leash and crate manners quickly, especially if food is involved. She gets along well with other dogs and does well with children. Her enthusiasm and youthful energy are balanced by a deep loyalty and a real craving for affection. Apartment life probably won’t suit her; she needs a sunny backyard and an active family that likes to play, explore, and spend time together. She’s still working on house training but shows every sign of being a quick learner.
