Monty came up from North Carolina with his brothers after being picked up as a stray, and now he’s almost a year old and around 50 pounds. He’s likely a pit bull and lab mix, wrapped in a short golden coat that’s easy to care for. Monty is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so he’s ready for a new start. He loves attention, enjoys petting sessions, and has a thing for toys and romping with other dogs. Running is a favorite, and though he isn’t the biggest fan of car rides yet, that might change with time. Monty’s brothers do fine with cats, but it’s unclear how he’ll do.
