Life dealt him a rough hand when his previous home was lost in a fire, but Theo remains eager to find a place where he truly belongs. He previously lived with Rupert, another friendly dog, and gets along with other dogs, though a meet and greet is essential before bringing him home. Theo cannot go to a home with cats.
