Just like her namesake on Friends, Phoebe is smart, outgoing and full of fun! She loves people and other dogs. Phoebe is paper trained and is working on leash training. Phoebe and her four siblings came to us after being picked up by a good Samaritan. The litter was trying to cross 1431 during a thunderstorm! All puppies were brought safely to the shelter and have been learning doggy basics ever since. Training and resources are available for free after adoption! Phoebe is good with dogs, cats, and kids.
