Take me home today! I was brought in as an owner surrender. I am a 3.5-year-old husky - Rough Collie mix weighing about 55 lbs. I know most of my basic commands such as sit, down, shake, come, and how to walk on a leash. I am also crate trained! I am a very sweet boy, but I can be very timid at first. I am very much a ladies' man and get very nervous around men, especially with beards or glasses. I do get car sick and have some anxiety issues I'm dealing with. Due to my anxiety, I would be best suited for a retired couple or a family who works from home! I am housebroken, but I do not necessarily give a signal when I have to go. I just pace back and forth and you kind of have to pay attention or I could have an accident. I loved being on my lead outside! I do great with kids and cats, but I do not like other dogs. When it comes to cats, I love them a little too much and want to play and chase them. If I go to a home with a cat, it needs to be used to dogs and be one that will not run away in fear. I will need a home with absolutely no other dogs! No poultry of any kind due to my previous past encounters. I am just waiting for the right family for me. I need time and patience. I am already neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. I am excited to meet my forever home! Please adopt me today!
