About Issac $ Sponsorship
Issac (once Lesos) came into rescue just in time, after a tough start with his mom and siblings at a high-intake shelter. His birthday is February 21, 2023, which makes him a Pisces—no surprise, considering how affectionate he is. Issac is a large, young mix of Pit Bull Terrier and Labrador Retriever with a medium, white and black coat. He’s had a stretch of hard luck, but turned a corner once he arrived in foster care. Issac thrives on warmth and touch. He loves to snuggle, bask in sunlight, and take in all the attention he can get. He’s house trained and does well in a kennel, so his transition should be smooth for most homes. Issac does best with dogs who match his energy, but he’s dog selective so slow introductions matter. He’s not a fit for homes with cats or chickens. His adoption fee covers neuter, up-to-date vaccines (including rabies, bordetella, and parvo/distemper), deworming, microchip, and parasite prevention. He’s already been treated for demodectic mange and will have a heartworm test soon when he’s neutered. Issac is waiting for someone ready for a loyal sunbather and cuddle buddy.
