About Drako
Drako has spent the better part of two years with a rescue and over a year learning what it means to live in a loving foster home. He’s most comfortable when there’s another dog around—a sibling or even a whole pack—since new environments and sudden noises make him uneasy. Walking is one of his favorite routines, especially with his foster brother and mom, and he seems happiest when he can move at his own pace beside a trusted friend. Drako’s the type who craves the security of a companion animal, whether lounging in a crate or exploring the backyard, but he’s not keen on being left alone outdoors. Though he’s wary of things like trash trucks and motorcycles, with steady reassurance and company he manages just fine. Drako appears open to meeting a cat friend, though he doesn’t have direct experience. Calm affection, consistency, and the comfort of another dog go a long way for him. Ready to fall in love?
