About Mack
Mack is an impressive striped tabby with plush fur and a gentle soul. Not long ago, his story almost ended before it truly began—a loving family, unable to afford the care he needed after too much rich food left him ill, took him to the emergency vet with heavy hearts. A vet tech with compassion stepped in, helped him recover, and now Mack is thriving. He’s healthy, curious, and eager for belonging. Mack spends his days chasing ribbon toys and scaling cat trees, confident and always on the lookout for new sights. At the end of the day, nothing makes him happier than a warm lap and a gentle hand. He looks people in the eyes, all gratitude and quiet hope. Mack would do well in a home where he’s truly a member of the family. He can live with a calm, playful cat after a patient introduction, but he’s just as content being the only pet—especially if someone’s around most of the time. He doesn’t get along with dogs and isn’t suited to homes with young children, but he does enjoy the company of older, respectful kids. Mack needs special food to stay well, but it doesn’t cost more than any good quality cat diet—and treats need to be kept to a minimum. Born November 25th, Mack is a Sagittarius—fitting for a cat full of life and a taste for adventure. He’s waiting in Inver Grove Heights, MN for a home where goodbyes are a thing of the past and belonging is forever. Start your journey together! Apply now.
