Sally’s story began when a kind older couple rescued her and her siblings after their feral mother gave birth. She’s spent her whole life as an indoor cat, sheltered and safe since 2015. Sally’s world changed when her beloved human dad passed away and her human mom could no longer care for her pets. Now, Sally is searching for a new, quieter home after years with the same gentle owners. Away from a large group of cats, Sally has blossomed into a loving, affectionate companion. She’s content just spending time with her brother Ziggy and stepbrother Jonah, though they’re not overly bonded. Sally hasn’t lived with dogs—when they visit, she watches from a distance and prefers to hide if they get too rowdy. She’s only seen small children during family visits, but it’s clear Sally would be much happier without little kids in her daily life. She’s never experienced a loud, unpredictable household. Adjusting to a new environment might take Sally some time, especially if separated from Ziggy, but her gentle nature shines through once she feels secure. She’s the type to knead biscuits on your lap and watch birds out the window, particularly if there’s a soft blanket involved.
