About Lily
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Lily is a loyal, happy, and energetic girl searching for a calm, loving home to enjoy her golden years. She’s a beautiful terrier-lab mix with a lovely medium-length coat, weighing in at about 40 pounds. Lily is house trained and knows sit, plus a few other basic commands to show off her smart side. Although she can be shy and timid around new people and dogs, she’s gaining confidence and has done well with slow introductions—especially if you take her for a walk to break the ice! True to her terrier roots, Lily has a strong prey drive and enjoys chasing small animals outside, so she would thrive as an only pet or with a calm, smaller male dog for company. She adores praise and is eager to please, always ready to fill a home with love and devotion. Loud noises, sudden movements, and storms can make Lily nervous, but with positive reinforcement, she’s made great progress on most of her fears—though storms can still be difficult. For this reason, a quieter household and families without young children suit her best at this time. Lily's adoption fee covers her spay, microchip, current vaccinations, and even a free basic obedience class to help her settle in. This sweet girl is looking for adopters committed to keeping her as an indoor pet and providing her with the love and stability she deserves. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.

Questions about Lily
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Terriers are typically adaptable and do well in both houses and apartments, provided they get plenty of attention and exercise. A calm home with a predictable routine is ideal, especially for dogs like terrier mixes with some shyness or sensitivity.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Terriers benefit from regular access to a secure outdoor space for play and exploration. While a fenced yard is helpful, they can also thrive with daily walks and trips to the park.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Terrier mixes can be suitable for homes with older, respectful children, but some may find young children overwhelming due to their energy or sensitivity to noise. It's best to assess each individual dog's temperament.
