Bb thrives best with lots of human company, and being left alone for lengthy periods just isn’t his style. He loves having his person nearby, sharing in every adventure. While he enjoys the companionship of another playful, confident dog about his size, he's just as happy being the center of attention as your only pet. It's important to note that Bb isn’t comfortable around cats or small dogs and would do best in a home without them, as he’s still learning that being big doesn't mean he has to be rough. With his XL Boston Terrier looks, he’s as adorable as can be—pictures simply don’t do him justice! Bb’s strong food motivation makes him a dream to train, and he already knows how to “sit” and “shake,” loving every chance to play a game of fetch or “catch me if you can.” While he still has some exuberant jumps to work through, a patient, loving adopter will help guide him into even better manners; a home without young children is recommended while he learns. Bb’s adoption fee of $250 covers his neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and a free basic training course at Cedar Run #2 in Hiawatha. Last Hope has some simple requirements: all pets must be kept indoor-only, and adopters must have a history of keeping their animals altered and current with vaccinations.
