About Padme
Padme is a quiet, reserved tuxedo cat who moves at her own pace. About a year old, this American Shorthair has a soft, short black and white coat and striking golden eyes. She tends to be shy and prefers observing from her favorite spot rather than diving straight into the action. Over time, she's shown more independence, finding comfort in the calm moments and emerging when the house is quiet. Padme gets along well with other cats and kids, but she values her space and likes to decide when she wants company. Napping in sunbeams and gazing out the window are some of her favorite ways to relax. She’s made progress becoming more confident, but will need a patient family willing to let her adjust slowly. The transition will go even smoother if she’s adopted with her brother Anakin, who helps her feel at ease. Padme is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, free of parasites, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped—she’s ready for the right home to give her time to blossom into a unique companion.
