About Bopeep

Bopeep is an independent and curious black and white American Shorthair with a unique personality. At around a year old, she prefers to watch the action from a distance and gets involved on her own terms. She first arrived at the rescue a little less than a year ago, and her shy nature has slowly softened with time spent in her foster home. While not one for direct affection, Bopeep enjoys being present and observant, often sunning in the window or batting at her favorite toy. Her coat features striking black spots on white and her golden eyes stand out. Bopeep is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She's fully house trained and parasite-free. She has formed a close bond with her sister Molly, so the two would transition best if adopted together. Bopeep gets along with both cats and children, though she'll need time to adjust to new surroundings. She’ll thrive in a patient and understanding home that respects her pace and independent streak. Every animal has their own way of showing love, and with Bopeep it’s subtle but real. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
