About Piper Pixie
Piper Pixie is a 12-year-old Chihuahua with a quiet, gentle soul. She’s small—only 6 lbs—and is spayed, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. Piper can be shy and shows uncertainty around new people and especially big dogs, preferring calm, slow introductions. She hasn’t been around children or cats, so her comfort there isn’t known. Her favorite things are lounging, cuddling on the couch, and taking slow walks where she gets to explore at her own pace. While she can be fearful during walks, especially of strangers, she warms up with patience and soft encouragement. Piper is fully potty trained and crate trained. Due to having very few teeth, she’ll need a soft food diet. She’s content as a solo dog or with another gentle companion. Mellow and sweet, Piper likes to be petted, then wander off to nap—often burrowing under the covers. She may be a senior, but she still perks up at the mention of a walk, showing a little spunk when it’s time for her outing. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
