About Bluto

Click apply to start the adoption process. Bluto is a 9-year-old American Bulldog mix with an infectious smile and a heart as big as they come. He effortlessly blends affectionate snuggles with the zest of an adventurous companion, making him the perfect dog if you love both playtime and relaxing on the couch. Bluto delights in being near people, always ready for a cozy nap by your side, and will politely wait to be invited onto the bed if that's allowed. Despite his fondness for cuddles, Bluto is no couch potato. He's active and loves long walks, playful romps, and exploring new places with his humans. His fun-loving personality shines through in every outing, but he's just as content bringing warmth and comfort once everyone settles at home. Bluto gets along well with other dogs—he may appear imposing to more reactive canines, but he only wants to make friends. He is not a fan of cats and would be happiest in a feline-free home. Very food motivated, Bluto enjoys training sessions (and might occasionally help himself to snacks if they're within reach). He is crate-trained and truly enjoys his kennel, especially when he knows someone is nearby. Whether it’s a person or another friendly dog, Bluto absolutely loves good company. For anyone seeking a loyal, affectionate, and sometimes goofy companion bursting with joy and love, Bluto is ready to meet you and looks forward to his new forever home. Fun fact: with an estimated birthday in early November, Bluto is a Scorpio—a sun sign known for loyalty and passion! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
