About Tulip
Tulip is a special dog with some unique needs due to her skin sensitivities. She's on a sensitive-skin diet, allergy meds, and a hip/joint supplement. Years ago, Tulip had eye surgery at a previous shelter, but that doesn't cause her trouble now. When she first arrived, she was quite unsure of people, especially men, but if someone she trusts is nearby, she's quick to warm up. Tulip prefers to be the only dog in the home—she thrives when she can soak up all your love and focus. She especially connects with women and is comfortable around children. Tulip has a playful streak and adores showing off her toy collection (stuffed animals don’t last very long with her, but she never tires of them). Her collection even came with her from her former home and she takes pride in it. If you're looking for a dog who gives her whole heart, Tulip might just be the one. Your attention will make all the difference for her. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
