Tippy is a sweet and gentle Bulldog/Staffie mix with a loving, bicolor short coat. She’s an adult, medium-sized female weighing in at 50 lbs, living in Hampton Bays, NY. Tippy is house trained, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. She’s best in homes with children 4 and up and does well with mellow dogs her size or larger. She can’t be placed with cats.

Tippy is the rescue’s longest stay, and after more than 800 days in care, she’s beyond ready to find her home. Tippy is a six-year-old Bulldog and Staffie mix with a soft spot for calm, big dogs and a total no-go for cats. She’s a sturdy, cuddly 50-pounder with a calm energy, happiest around kids aged four and up—she’ll sit patiently for pets and adores every moment with family. Tippy is crate-trained, housebroken, aces her leash walks, and has solid basic commands locked in. She melts for ear rubs and is powerless in the face of a belly rub or face smooch. After a romp in the yard or a neighborhood stroll, she’d rather snuggle up and hog the couch. Toss her in the backseat and she’s thrilled for car rides, even just to the coffee shop.
