Didion is a male Domestic Short Hair, about 3 years and 9 months old, with striking gray and silver coloring, living in Durham, NC. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Didion is a house cat who requires twice-daily medication for a thyroid condition, but otherwise leads a healthy, active life. He must be the only cat in the household for his happiness and well-being.

About Didion

Didion is a genuinely affectionate cat who thrives on human companionship. He’s happiest lounging on a lap, soaking up pets, or joyfully pouncing after a laser pointer. This is a cat who craves attention—ideal for someone who spends a lot of time at home or a family ready to spoil him with affection. He bonds deeply with his people and does well with a single familiar cat, but new feline arrivals make him uneasy. Didion needs to be the only cat in the home; he really shines when he’s the center of attention. If you want a devoted solo cat, he’ll reward you with endless warmth and cuddles. Didion has a thyroid condition diagnosed as a kitten, but management is straightforward: a twice-daily inexpensive medication and simple yearly bloodwork. He takes pills easily and stays happy and healthy thanks to this routine. Vets’ offices, however, stress him out, so a mobile vet who comes to the house is best—he’ll be much more relaxed and cooperative when surrounded by familiar scents. Didion’s ready for a stable home and a person who values his comfort and well-being. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
