About Rose
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Macie Rose is one of the shelter's longest residents, waiting patiently for a loving family for an incredible seven years. Quiet, affectionate, and well-mannered, she has unfortunately been overlooked due to her medical needs. Macie Rose has congestive heart disease that requires her to take two daily medications, Lasix and Benzodiazepine, both of which are affordable and essential for her ongoing health. Despite her medical challenges, Macie Rose shines when given time outside her kennel. She delights in exploring the play yard, showing off her playful side with games of fetch, or simply relaxing and curling up beside you when it’s time to rest. Loves her walks and is very easy to handle on leash. Previously living with cats, her calm demeanor makes her a wonderful companion. This sweet girl would love a home to call her own, especially for the holidays. Fun fact: with a birthday on January 15, she’s a Capricorn, known for being patient, loyal, and strong-willed—traits Macie Rose truly lives up to! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
