We also don’t have much information about how Robin would do with kids. Energy level? Robin’s energy level is high, and she likes to be active. Cattle dogs are known for their agility, stamina, and strong work ethic. She’d make a great addition to a farm, hobby farm, or a family who likes to hike and go on adventures! Medical/behavioral needs? Robin is spayed, is up-to-date on her vaccines, wormed, and is microchipped. She’s ready to go! Animal Characteristics: Robin is small and slender -- smaller than the standard size cattle dog. She is also very intelligent -- as cattle dogs tend to be -- and learns new things quickly! We are working on getting her comfortable with walking on a leash. Robin does not eliminate in the sleeping part of her kennel, but rather goes to the outside portion to do this. Our assumption is that Robin will be easy to house train. She can be shy with new people but never shows any type of aggression; she just tries to move away from the new person. Her adopter will need patience, but once she is used to you, she is extremely sweet and comes for affection. We feel certain that Robin will become a wonderful member of the family once she is used to her adoptive home.
