About Ghost
Start your journey together! Apply now. Ghost is the sweetest boy you'll ever meet and will surely steal your heart! Laid back and very well-mannered, he enjoys an active lifestyle, with daily long walks of several miles and plenty of time to sniff out the latest smells. While walking, Ghost doesn't pull, but he is a big, strong boy who needs a strong and experienced handler. Although Ghost is gentle and likes children, he would do best living with adults. He may prefer to be an only dog, but has shown he may be comfortable and happy living with a gentle female canine companion. Huskies are inquisitive and active by nature, and Ghost is no exception—he likes to roam and needs a large yard with at least a 6-foot privacy fence. His ideal adopter will spend time engaging with him and providing both games and activities to keep him entertained and safely contained. Ghost enjoys car rides and is always ready for an adventure or a treat, taking snacks gently and never jumping up. His manners are excellent—he is great on a leash, house-trained, and crate-trained, settling in quietly at night. In between his chill moments, he shows off his playful side with silly zoomies, especially when chasing his favorite toy. This handsome dog, with his white coat and golden highlights on his ears, neck, and back, plus his fluffy, often-curled tail, will make a loyal and loving companion for a lucky family! Ghost is up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and neutered. He had an adventurous few months before being rescued and has thrived with the support of his foster family at Independent Animal Rescue Inc. Fun fact: Ghost's birthday makes him a clever and adventurous Gemini! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
