This 80-pound Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix is 7 years old and ready to find her forever family. She spent an impressive 557 days in the shelter as part of a welfare case and truly deserves a place to call her own. Although Sunny may seem shy and nervous at first, beneath her quiet exterior is a calm and loving dog who is slowly opening up to the world. She has shown wonderful progress, becoming more comfortable on walks and feeling at ease around other dogs. Sunny loves her cozy retreats, enjoying the peace of a soft couch or a comfy human bed, and has even initiated brief playtime with doggy friends. Crate trained but so laid-back that crating isnโt even necessary, Sunny is quiet and rarely barks. She would blossom in a patient, loving home where she can enjoy a calm and relaxed life.
