About Patterson
Start your journey together! Apply now. Patterson began his journey as a stray puppy, found hiding on the upper floors of a construction site. He was terrified and avoided people, only staying for leftover food scraps. Once safely trapped, he entered the shelter, but when no owner came forward, his fate hung in the balance until he was offered a new start. Arriving scared and withdrawn, Patterson was still just a pup whose curiosity started to shine through. Gradually, as he observed the excitement of other dogs, he began to enjoy playdates, treats, and even human interaction. Over time, he’s transformed from a fearful dog to one eager to explore and enjoy life. Patterson is still young and learning, and his lack of early socialization means he can sometimes get into trouble with other dogs. But his sensitive, eager-to-please personality and youth give him strong potential for quick training. In the right, patient hands, the possibilities for his growth are endless. He’s seeking someone who will respect his past, appreciate his energy, and provide the security and affection he craves. Patterson is a companion with a big heart, ready for both adventure and downtime by your side. A few important requirements: Patterson is a flight risk, so he should never be left unattended in a yard, must be crate trained when alone, and needs to be kept on a tight leash during outings. Always be cautious with open doors and windows, and never let him off-leash in unfenced areas for his life. Fun fact: With a birthdate of June 1, Patterson is a Gemini, known for their playful and curious personalities! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
