Meet Frankie! 😺 Frankie is about one year old and came to us as a kitten. He was not a fan of people and would sit in dark spots, glaring at anyone who'd come near him. But, patience and love got Frankie out of his shell! 🩷 He's popular with the girl cats. The newfound confidence, good looks, and tough guy past really sell him. He's also gotten used to affection from people and now enjoys spots out in the open. He traded the angry eyes for this soft, cozy look. 😌 Visit him at our New Windsor location any day minus Wednesday between 12 PM and 4 PM. 📍
