Jeter was surrendered after his owner tragically passed of cancer. He was very bonded to her and does not trust new people easily. Our volunteers say that once he gets to know you though he is a love bug who is obsessed with attention! The perfect home for Jeter would be with an owner who understands he needs time and patience.
