Meet Kahlua, a 2-year old Labrador Retriever / Staffordshire mix around 38 pounds. She is incredibly shy, but also very sweet! She has a petite, strong and nimble body. Her coat is short, is a lovely shade of coffee with extra cream, and she has a matching white chest and paws. She was saved from the streets of Alabama with a severely embedded collar from neglect. The community came together to catch her and get her to Hudson Paws, we all worked together to save her life. She is slowly opening up and finding her place here. She loves running in the yard and playing with other dogs. She even found a new boyfriend...Moby. Because of her traumatic past, she has a very hard time with new people. Kahlua will need a person with patience, tenderness, care, and love who is willing to work slowly with her - and in time you will win her heart over. The Labrador Retriever is a sweet-faced, lovable, adoring, outgoing, and high-spirited companion.
