About Sadie
Sadie is a delightful and affectionate cat who simply loves being around people. The moment her foster parents enter the room, she starts purring and kneading her paws, eager for attention. When they sit down, she jumps right onto their laps, rolling over for affection and making it nearly impossible to capture her picture since she just wants to be close. This dark tortoiseshell beauty has a distinct little orange mark on her cheek that adds to her charm. Sadie's past is a tough one, as she was found in a gutter with her most recent batch of kittens in Richmond, TX. Her finder suspected she had been abandoned, having sat there for three days looking lost and confused. Fortunately, she was rescued and fostered, and all her kittens found loving homes. While she may not be fond of other cats, she can coexist with them if introductions are done correctly. She has met her foster parents' dog, a 12-year-old golden aussie mix, and they get along fine since he mostly ignores her. Sadie is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, FeLV/FIV/HW negative, dewormed, microchipped, and receives monthly flea control. She is a wonderful addition for anyone seeking a gentle, affectionate companion. Ready to meet Sadie? Submit an application today!
