About Zoey
Click apply to start the adoption process. Zoey is a one-of-a-kind Shar Pei mix who perfectly blends independence, sass, and a big heart. With her signature wrinkles and a personality full of quirks, she turns everyday moments into special occasions. After a life of pampering, Zoey found herself seeking a new home following the loss of her beloved person, and she's since blossomed into the queen of snuggles and the collector of hearts. At eight years old, Zoey adores leisurely walks and prefers a relaxed lifestyle—she loves booty scratches, napping, fine dining (cooked chicken, please!), and having all the attention to herself. She's fully house-trained, spayed, and vaccinated, and she’s won the hearts of everyone at her rescue. Zoey isn't interested in sharing her kingdom with other dogs but backs down peacefully from assertive cats. She prefers the company of adults and older children who respect her toys and her personal space. With her playful and dramatic flair (expect some laptop-lounging assistance), Zoey is the loyal, amusing, and slightly bougie best friend you've been looking for. Keep those socks tucked away, indulge her snack rituals, and get ready for endless laughs and affection! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
