About Ritz
Ritz is a petite, solid black cat who landed at Helping Paws of Southern Minnesota after her person could no longer care for her. When she first arrived, Ritz was so wary she had to be live-trapped indoors. Months in a foster home have helped her shed much of that fear—she’s getting bolder every week and has started to relax into her new routines. Around other cats, she’s calm and friendly but could also handle life as a solo pet. Ritz truly thrives in a quieter environment and will do best with adopters who understand she needs extra patience and time to warm up. She isn’t a lap cat right away, but the trust she gives is earned and worth the wait. Click apply to start the adoption process.
