This sweet, 2-year-old, 40-pound gentleman is fully house trained and absolutely adores time spent cuddling on the couch. With his soft fur and love for daily rub downs, Hovis knows how to soak up affection. When he’s outside, watch him transform as he bursts into playful zoomies and shows off his impressive speed. Hovis enjoys playing with other dogs and is content to ignore cats, making him a wonderful fit for almost any home. He’s crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night. While he can sometimes be shy around new experiences, he’ll thrive with a patient family who will give him space and time to adjust. Hovis is currently heartworm positive and will be starting his treatment soon, with all costs covered by Hero Dog Rescue in a foster-to-adopt arrangement.
