About Riza
Start your journey together! Apply now. Are you someone who is calm, patient, and ready to offer an understanding heart? Riza is searching for a quiet and caring home where she can be your only pet, or perhaps share the space with gentle kittens—she gets along well with them and enjoys their company. Her days are brightened by chasing laser lights, batting at wand toys, toy mice, strings, and everything catnip. Once comfortable, she adores gentle head pets and loves to lounge nearby, gifting you her beautiful, soothing purr. Riza's early months were difficult—she spent the first six months of her life in a cage in an overcrowded environment, leaving her wary of the world around her. Through no fault of her own, she has been returned from prior placements where other pets overwhelmed her, pushing her into hiding. However, she is neither aggressive nor mean; with patience, toys, and gentle affection, her sweet and trusting side blooms quickly. Building her confidence works best with an initial small, cozy room free of hiding places, lots of play, and slow, regular introductions to the rest of the home. Over time, you’ll find yourself with a loyal new friend eager to be by your side. A fun fact: Riza was born on July 16, making her a sensitive Cancer—she’s destined to form deep bonds and bring warmth and comfort to your home. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
