About Fiona
Fiona was found at a feral colony along with her three littermates while still very young, and has since been learning to trust people in foster care. She started out very shy and timid, her first instinct always to dart away, but over the past few months she’s become noticeably more interactive and willing to hang around people. While Fiona is still a docile, gentle cat who prefers to approach things at her own pace, she’s showing more personality every day. She adores the company of other cats and does especially well around confident, friendly felines. Ideally, she’d be adopted with her close companion and sister Emmy or join a household with a welcoming resident cat. Fiona isn’t suited to homes with young children, as loud noises and quick movements will easily startle her. However, a cat-friendly, calm dog might be all right. If you’re patient and happy to let Fiona come out of her shell in her own time—and if you’re generous with canned food—she will reward you with her sweet nature and quiet companionship.
