About Lucy
Lucy came in from the outdoors after being born to a feral mom and has made impressive progress learning the comforts of home life. Her lynx-point coloring and pale blue eyes turn heads, even though she's not Siamese by breeding. Lucy greets people with a mix of shyness and curiosity—a hiss to start, maybe, but she welcomes gentle pets. She has become a fan of feathered electronic toys, laser lights, and lazy stretches in sunbeams by the window, where she keeps an eye on the birds. She prefers you at her level: when you sit down, Lucy becomes social and affectionate, closing the distance for cuddles, headbutts, and plenty of biscuits. She’s not a fan of being picked up (likely a holdover from her feral days), but she’ll happily rest nearby and weave around her people. Expect a companion who asks for affection on her terms—never needy, always eager for a close touch. Lucy does well with other cats and seeks out her siblings and foster buddies for company. She has an ear notch from her spay—a little badge of her history. While she’s not interested in counter-surfing, kitchen time does grab her attention (she’s food motivated).
