Marshall is a gentle 4-year-old Hound/Pointer mix who ended up at the rescue alongside his mom. Since his mom found a home, Marshall has been finding his footing and slowly learning to trust people and other dogs. His shyness leads him to hang back at first, but with patience and time, he starts to open up and show his affectionate side. He's currently working on leash skills and making steady progress. Marshall likes kids and has a mild, kind nature, though given his size and timidness, he’d do best in a home with older children who understand his need for calm. He needs someone willing to move at his pace as he continues to gain confidence. Marshall’s looking for a patient household to help him learn that the world isn’t so scary after all.
