Let us formally introduce you to Gus! Gus was found as a stray with a deeply embedded collar around his neck. We were contacted by Animal Control to see if we could help and of course we couldn’t say no. Gus spent a few days at the vet getting his wounds treated and getting love from all the staff. When he was able to leave he then went to spend time recuperating in a foster home. He is now at our kennels getting love from our volunteers and making new doggy friends. As you can see in the pictures, his wounds have healed but he will probably have some scarring for the rest of his life. This has not effected this boy's view on life one bit! He is the happiest and most affectionate baby! Gus is now current on all his vaccines and preventatives, Heartworm Negative, microchipped, and neutered.
