Valko was originally brought to us by the city in August 2024. He was adopted in June 2025, but picked up again by the city in September 2025 and brought back to us on Halloween 2025. Valko is MORE than ready to find his forever home! He is super sweet and absolutely loves everyone! He is smart and knows some basic commands, and is potty trained! He is energetic and would thrive in a home that will take him for long walks or one that has a large, secure fence for him to exercise in! Once his energy is out, Valko loves belly rubs and cuddles! Valko has lived with other dogs in the past, and would love to meet any dogs currently in the home! He has also lived with kids in the past and does great with them! Valko is a 5-year-old Husky/Shepherd mix with black, white, and tan fur, and gorgeous blue eyes! Every dog adopted from Green Hills Animal Shelter is fixed, wormed, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and is tested for heartworm (if old enough). Dogs from GHAS will also come with a starter bag of Hills Science Diet dog/puppy food to get you started!
